Now let’s look at mastering the monkey bars. I’m recommend beginners use the half-bite method. You place your first hand on the bar and hold on tightly. Then instead of swinging to the next bar and following through, you place your second hand on the same bar. It’s a slower technique, but a lot safer.
The classic technique or the more advanced version would have you swinging from one bar to the other, and sometimes actually skipping bars in between. Again, you must consider your environment and state of exhaustion before attempting these techniques.
