You will need:

  • Skipping rope
  • Push up handles
  • Celsius balance trainer
  • Ab Wheel

This workout is to be completed as a circuit 4

Exercise 1 : Skip Rope – 1 minute

Benefit : Great cardio and calorie burn

  1. Make sure you get the length right for your height
  2. Start off slowly so you can find your rhythm
  3. Focus on going as long as you can without stopping.

Exercise 2 : Push ups with Handles : 10 reps

Benefit : Allows you to go all the way down for the best push ups

  1. Place handles just outside shoulder width
  2. Always go as low as you can for full range of motion
  3. Pausing at the bottom will improve results

Exercise 3 : Bosu Squats : 15 reps

Benefit : The instability of the Bosu fires up more muscle than normal exercise.

  1. Carefully stand on the Bosu with your feet out to each edge
  2. While standing up tall, find your balance and stability
  3. Slowly start to squat and at the same time keeping your body stable
  4. For and more advanced move try a pause at the bottom before you come up

Exercise 4 : Core Strengthening with using the AB Wheel : 12 reps

Benefit : A full core activation exercise to tighten up your mid section

  1. Start on your knees and with the Ab Wheel slightly infront of you
  2. With both hands on the Wheel start to place some weight on the Wheel
  3. Slowly push the Ab Wheel forward whilst pulling your tumming in tight
  4. Only go out as far as you feel comfortable, your strength will increase over time
