All you need is a mat and a timer or stop watch and to be ready to sweat!
Each minute you are going to do 10 squats, 10 push ups and 10 burpees, as soon as you have finished all the exercises rest and wait for the next minute. So if it takes you 45 seconds to do all the exercises – you have 15 seconds to rest before you go again. Try to repeat this for 10 minutes.
You can scale the workout up or down as you need. If you don’t feel ready to do 10 of each exercise you can adjust this to suit and maybe do 7 of each – every minute. You can even modify the time as you need – try for 10 minutes but if you have 15 minutes you can do 15 rounds or if you’re feeling super fit try to do 30!
