How to set your fat free!

Some of us have more fat than others, but generally, we all want it gone. Excess body fat has now become the biggest confidence killer in the social world we live in. But losing fat for most people is stressful, which in itself makes it hard to shed any unwanted fat. The biggest problem than I see, is that people turn to excessive exercise hard-and-fast, and all it leads to is burnout, yielding no results.

Your pantry and fridge are the culprits, along with your lunch spot and your drop-in take-out shop for dinner. When you think about how the body works, it’s excess food and poor quality that leads to weight gain. So how about you flip that idea to switch to healthy food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner so your body can easily calculate calories going in, to use them in-between each meal and to set up a regular feeding and digestion system for every day. The exercise is important; essentially thirty to forty-five minutes of vigorous exercise—and it doesn’t have to be bootcamp style—a simple body weight circuit or run is perfect.

So essentially, food will set your fat free, and exercise will burn up the food that you consume. Remember that the food you eat is meant to fuel your body. Eating is not purely for taste—that’s what got us into trouble in the first place. Food is fuel!
