Naptime Classes offer a change to recharge your batteries during your lunchtime. The class consists of a 30-minute guided meditation to induce sleep. For $12 a session, you can stretch out in a darkened room complete with eye masks pillows and blankets. Make sure you wear comfortable clothing that’s not too fitting.

The craze that has been sweeping gyms and wellness centres across Britain and America has finally reached Australia. If you find yoga exceptionally relaxing, wait until you try Candlelight Yoga. Designed for any fitness level, simple yoga stretches are carried out in the tranquil glow of flickering candles It was created to melt away every day stress and high anxiety levels.
